Ernie Condon is a Senior Research Engineer at Wichita State University's National Institute for Aviation Research with 30+ years of experience in the aircraft industry in the design, certification, and testing of aircraft, including many years as a DER. Ernie has extensive experience with HIRF/Lightning certification of carbon fiber aircraft. He has contributed to the development of industry standards, RTCA SC-135, SAE AE-4, in electrical bonding, HIRF, lightning, and state-of-the art analysis techniques for electromagnetic effects.

Billy Martin is a Senior Research Scientist at Wichita State University's National Institute for Aviation Research. Billy is one the world's most renowned experts in HIRF and Lightning standards, testing, design, and certification. Billy has 30+ years of experience in the aircraft industry, most of which he has been a DER in HIRF, Lightning, and all other Electromagnetic Effects. Billy is the Chair of the SAE AE-2 Lightning Committee, and has been a major contributor to numerous other committees for 20+ years. He has been involved with RTCA since 1990, and was one of the principal technical members of SC-135.

Kyle McMullen is a Senior Research Engineer at Wichita State University's National Institute for Aviation Research. Kyle has 12+ years of experience running RTCA DO-160 tests and writing the associated reports, including managing a DO-160 test lab for 5 of those years. He also serves on the RTCA SC-135 committee and has contributed to the development of DO-160F & G.
